At GiftifyVizag, we specialize in personalized and customized gifts made uniquely for you. Since each product is created based on your specific requirements, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy on Customized Products
All personalized products (photo gifts, hampers, and custom items) are made specifically as per your request.
Therefore:
- We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products.
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After 1 hour, cancellation will not be accepted as production may begin.
- If cancelled within 1 hour, 10% of the order value will be deducted as a processing fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
Please note:
- Minor variations in color, design placement, or print may occur due to screen settings and handmade/custom processes.
2. Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are provided only in the following cases:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Wrong product received
- Product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging
- Provide an unboxing video (if available)
3. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect photo, name, spelling, or customization details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Delays caused by courier services
Customers are responsible for verifying all customization details before placing the order.
4. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
- Once the product enters production, cancellation is not possible
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue still persists, contact us directly
